IMAPS-UK’s MicroTech annual conference returns in 2015 on 05 March at Rutherford Appleton Laboratories (RAL), Didcot, Oxford. With its updated one-day format, MicroTech brings together the entire microelectronics supply chain and is the only UK event dedicated to Micro-Assembly and related technologies.
The conference will feature Keynote talks, technical presentations & table top exhibits on the latest developments, technologies and capabilities, in addition to a high-impact session and poster displays from UK research.

Technical Programme:
The conference will comprise two Keynotes, five 20-25 minute technical presentations and a special session showcasing research & industry. This Academic Research Session will provide a series of short, high-impact presentations in one hour. The day’s programme also provides extensive networking time allowing delegates to meet, discuss and to review the poster displays & table-top exhibits.

The outline programme is as follows:
Session 1 – Trends, Challenges and Solutions in Wearable Tech and IoT Devices
Session 2 – Cutting Edge Research – Academic Show-Case
Session 3 – Future Technology Trends
Session 4 – Design For Packaging

We invite you now to submit a short (~200 words) abstract outlining your research portfolio or a research facility that you would like to present to our industry delegates in a high-impact 5- 10 minute pitch.
